settings reference

This is a list of everything that can be set in the settings screen.

  1. PROFILE

    Allows choosing the active settings profile. See settings + profiles for more information.

  2. midi settings

    See input/output (midi, i2c) for more information.

    • USB MIDI CHANNEL

      The MIDI Channel to use when sending note events via USB, from 0-15. Channels are sometimes also numbered 1-16 in other software or hardware.

    • TRS MIDI CHANNEL

      The MIDI Channel to use when sending note events via the TRS jack, from 0-15. Channels are sometimes also numbered 1-16 in other software or hardware.

    • MIDI VELOCITY (0-127)

      The velocity value sent with NOTE ON events.

  3. i2c settings

    See input/output (midi, i2c) for more information.

    • I2C MODE

      • off: disable the i2c port.
      • leader: scan for follower devices when enabled and sync with them. Toggle this setting off and on again to re-scan.
      • follower: wait to be contacted by a leader device.
    • I2C ADDRESS

      The i2c address the device will listen on when in follower mode.

  4. display settings

    • FLIP DISPLAY

      Whether to flip the oled display contents and the main grid 180°. Useful when boards are tiled with one another vertically.

    • RGB EFFECT

      The RGB scale highlighting effect.

    • RGB BRIGHTNESS (0-100%)

      Lowers the LED brightness, especially useful when filming or photographing the keyboard.

    • JAM MODE FADE TIME (0-20s)

      How quickly to fade out keys that have recently been pressed.
